The experience I had after several sessions — or what I would call spiritual processes — felt like a true renewal in the areas we worked on.

The first powerful moment happened during our very first session: I reconnected with my sister (who passed away ten years ago), with whom I had a very painful relationship. It had been eating me up inside. During the session, I opened up and told her everything I had been carrying in my heart for years. The relief was immense — like a weight lifted from my chest. A few days later, I had a dream where we talked peacefully. That had never happened before — I always used to dream we were fighting. Now, those peaceful dreams have become normal. It felt like the grief and barriers between us had dissolved.

I also suffered from insomnia for months, but ever since I started using the meditations and energy exercises Andrea gave me, I’ve been sleeping better, waking up rested, and my thoughts before bed are gentler. I even noticed that I complain less!

After our third session, I gained much more clarity about my goals and what I want to create.

Once again, I have words of praise and a beautiful experience with my dear Andrea. A month ago, I reached out to her about painful menstrual cramps that had been bothering me for several years. The pain was so intense, I didn’t know what to do with myself.
